Do you provide all the services yourself?

We have tried and tested all of our suppliers, and only work with people and companies who we would be happy use in our own homes. Our service providers must meet a specific criteria, must be appropriately insured and licensed, must provide validated references and be committed to providing the very best in customer service. Some services such as errand services and our exclusive unpacking and Move in/ Out services are staffed by COCO Concierge employees.


How much do you charge for your services? 

We charge a 15% booking fee to co-ordinate services (except groceries, which have a 25% service charge.) We always provide you with receipts and are transparent with costs.


What method of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cash and Check


What hours are you available? 

Our phones are on 24/7 we prefer it when you call us in the daytime but we are always happy to help!!


What is your policy on Grocery deliveries in bad weather? 

We prefer grocery orders to be submitted 72 hours in advance, to guarantee delivery. There is a $25 surcharge for orders submitted after this period. We reserve the right to substitute orders from Whole Foods and Costco with local Grocery Store deliveries on days when driving conditions would be hazardous to our drivers. This risk is determined by the snow forecast, or actual snow.


Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. What a great way to say “Thank You” by giving the gift of time! Customized gift certificates can be created for any occasion.
